It’s time to feel connected
I am passionate about social and digital wellbeing, helping people feel connected, in work and everyday life. I do this through my talks, workshops and programs, where I provide tools and strategies - and even facilitate games to embed these strategies!!
Social media leads us to believe we have countless friends, yet the reality is, our closest relationships that have the greatest impact on our social wellbeing, defined as: “the extent to which individuals feel connected to, and supported, by others” (Keyes, 1998)
Digital demands from work, and everyday life can keep us connected more than we want to be. Is technology supporting your intention, or hijacking your time?

Everyone’s social and digital needs and limits are different. Which is why we do the work to understand what yours are, and then take inspired action, to test, reflect and repeat, until we find a design that works for you, for your social and digital wellbeing.
My background is in Professional Communications (20 years) I am a serial expat, who moved from the UK to Canada with my family in 2021, to embark on a Social Science Master’s, researching loneliness, connection and technology. I even moved into an ecovillage for 4 months - in pursuit of a more socially satisfying life!
My purpose is to help you feel connected, online/offline - everywhere.

Feeling connected is good for our health - it’s scientifically proven. Yet when I delved into the science of connection, and discovered that our inner circle of 12 - 15 connections have the biggest impact on our social wellbeing, I struggled to use the term ‘inner circle’ without cringing.
After speaking to Dr Robin Dunbar, who’s been researching the science of connection for decades, I feel able to communicate this with integrity, and take clients on a journey towards Social & Digital Health, online/offline - everywhere, knowing that it really is quality over quantity.
Working with me, you can expect insights grounded in social science, communications expertise, and some eclectic lived experiences, with a sprinkle of smiles and spiritual vibes.
”True belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are, it requires you to be who you are” - Brene Brown.
We all have a limited capacity for people in our lives, according to Dunbar's Number, our brains can only maintain 150 people in our widest sphere of consciousness, yet social media leads us to believe we have hundreds (or thousands) of friends, distracting us from the people that truly matter.
In three months, you can expect to reconnect with self, remember your people, experience new places online/offline, take inspired action, and ultimately build your ‘Communiverse’ - the hybrid community of people that makes your human experience, online/offline - everywhere (without relying on social media).
If you want support to do this work, I can help. I have been working on this all my life, researching it for two years, and taking clients through my program since January 2023.
Take the first step by scheduling a discovery call. I am here to guide you every step of the way.
